The refund policy for any Shopia plan is a full refund of the purchase price 7 days from the date of purchase for any reason or no reason.
Whether you decide the product isn’t a good fit for you or you experience a problem with it, we want to make the process easy for you.
Upon purchasing a plan, we suggest trying out all the features on our app as soon as possible so you have plenty of time to make sure it’s a good fit for you before the refund window closes!
