Extract keywords and NLP terms
Suggest a topic
Suggest a writing style and tone
This analysis will be used to guide Shopia's AI, giving it the best chance to rank on Google and ensure it is SEO-optimized.
How to perform SEO analysis

Note that once you have edited your target keyword, you will have to select your reference articles again.
2.2 Add context
Topic
The context step allows you to describe to the AI what your article is about, what topics to cover, and how to write it.
For the best result, it is always better to be specific and detailed about the topic you want the AI to write about. This makes sure the outline and content aligns with the article you're envisioning.
When performing SEO analysis, a Suggested topic button appears. Shopia analyzes the reference articles to suggest a good description to add to the topic.
Writing Style
Once you describe the topic, it is highly recommended to define a writing style for your article. You have two options:
Describe the writing style manually by typing it into the text field.
Attach a voice by clicking the dropdown.
To avoid generic content, make sure to include a writing style (or Voice). This is what will bring your article to life.
For the best results, make sure your writing style includes:
A description of the tone (e.g. professional, casual)
A reference to a known personality or style (e.g. like Bill Nye, like a Vice News documentary)
Perspective (first person, third person)
Target Audience
The voice you define will influence later steps such as the title, outline, and your article.
When performing SEO analysis, a Suggested voice button appears. Shopia analyzes the reference articles to suggest a good writing style to use.
2.3 Manage keywords
Just like the first step, the keywords step is also optional. However, to maximize your SEO performance, adding in the right NLP terms can be vital.
When performing SEO analysis, Shopia analyses the reference articles selected to identify the most important and commonly co-occurring terms across those articles. Terms are broken down to article keywords, title keywords, and header keywords.
Suggested Keyword buttons will appear giving you the option to include the suggestion terms.
In case you have already performed keyword research, you can upload them via CSV by clicking on Upload CSV at the top right. The CSV should have two columns:
Type: Type of keyword. Can be body (article keyword), h1 (title keyword), or h2 (header keyword).
Keyword: The keyword you would like to include
Note that the AI will try to naturally include as many keywords as it can into the content. As a result, there is a possibility not all keywords will be included, especially if a large number of keywords were added.
2.4 Configurations
The configurations step provides extra control over the article's length, formatting, quality and more.
The settings you select can be saved as a Preset and reused for other articles. Just make sure to click on Save as Preset at the bottom and give it a name.
