The most popular way to add articles is by uploading a list from e.g Excel. We can upload our spreadsheet as a CSV by clicking ‘upload CSV’ in the top-right. The uploader popup will appear:

Let’s import this example into Google sheets. We can see all the fields available to import:
💡 The headers of your spreadsheet do not need to exactly match the headers in the example. We do however recommend using these headers so that our CSV upload software can automatically map the headers to the right fields.
Going back to the CSV uploader we can now upload our spreadsheet and click ‘next’. We can preview our spreadsheet then click ‘next’ again:
As we have used the headers as in the example CSV, we can see our headers are already mapped to the corresponding fields in Shopia:
We can then continue, verify our data and then submit our upload. Here we can see we have uploaded a couple articles:
💡 The blue arrows indicate each article has the required fields filled and is ready to generate.
