Opening smart search
In an open document, head to the ‘Smart Search’ tab:
Adding files & URLs
Your knowledge-base holds a collection of resources. Resources are all your files and URLs you want Shopia to know about. If you haven’t added your files already, click ‘add to knowledge-base’.
Using the search-bar
Once your files are added, you’re ready to smart search. You can use the search bar to query your knowledge-base:
Searching from the text editor
Alternatively when using the document text editor, you can search for the most relevant content within your knowledge-base with the CTRL+S:
