  • A personality is made up of resources from your knowledgebase and a brand voice.

  • We can use personalities whilst performing tasks with Shopia Chat, the document text editor and workflows.



Examples of useful personalities

We can think of a personality being one of two types, broad scope, narrow scope.

Broad scope examples

Personalities of this type would be used for a large range of tasks. For example you could have two:

  1. Business personality - Ideal for performing any task for this business.

    • Resources - all core files and the website of your business

    • Brand voice - a voice from an analysis of your key content (web-pages, articles)

  2. Personal personality - For personal tasks such as emails with a more casual writing style.

    • Resources - example emails or content

Narrow scope examples (recommended)

Personalities of this type would be used for specific content. Examples include:

  1. Article writing personality

  2. Marketing & ads personality
