Shopia output language guide
Updated this week

Shopia can automatically read instructions in many languages.

However to ensure a reliable output language, we must tell Shopia what language we want it write in.

In this guide we will learn how to change the output language for you account.

Changing user output language

User output language affects almost every tool on the Shopia platform.

There are a couple exceptions to this rule:

AI templates in Shopia Workflows by default use your user output language settings. If you want to customize the language outputs for workflows please refer to the Workflow language guide.

Shopia Automations have their own language configuration rules. Please refer to the Automation language guide.

Accessing user settings

We can access user & team settings from the dashboard by clicking on our profile in the bottom-left and selecting 'settings' from the menu:

Alternatively within any Shopia document we can quickly access the settings by clicking the cog icon in the bottom-left:

Changing user output language

Next click on the ‘Language’ tab:

Search for your desired output language and click ‘SET LANGUAGE’:

Your user settings have now been changed. All text generation tools on the Shopia platform will now be configured to output in this language.
